Default stability ball workout?

Can anyone recommend a good stability ball workout video? I looked through the ones at collage, and read the reviews, but I still can't decide.

I use the 10 minute solution one -- and I do all the workouts at once except the stretch -- I really like it -- it's a pretty decent workout, but it only has one cardio segment -- it's more of a toning all around workout. I really enjoy it though.

I just recently got this one from the library Denise Austin's Hit the Spot: Core Complete. I've done two of the four sections on it and have liked it a lot, and I normally don't like Denise Austin (too perky). However, she's likeable and not too perky on this one. All four sections are done with the stability ball. It targets the following areas:

Core & Upper Body:

Core & Legs:

Core & Buns:

Core Complete Challenge:

If you go to Ellen's website (ellentv.com) - she has clips where Bob Harper from the Biggest Loser is showing all several kinds of exercises. It is really neat.....

Hi Dana!

I'm a returnee to the stability ball after quite a long time away. I tried it about fifty pounds ago and discovered that my abs were SOOOOO weak that it just wasn't any fun at all for me.

I decided to give it a whirl again this week just to see if my exercise efforts doing other programs (WATP, Turbo Jam, step aerobics, yoga) just might have improved my abs to the point that I wouldn't feel as negative about the stability ball.

I was pleasantly surprised a couple days ago when I tried it again! I actually could do almost every exercise on Suzanne Deason's "Balance Ball for Weight Loss"! Of course I am in no way as fluid as she is, and her abs must be incredibly strong to do a couple of the exercises there that I just WATCH her do! It is all DO-ABLE, now, though, and that's what I care about.

I tried another one this morning. It's "Fat-To-Firm for Dummies" with Liz Gillies. I liked it a lot and plan to do it again tomorrow. I'm going to check out www.collagevideo.com soon to see what other DVDs are available.

I also plan to first visit our local library. I like to get DVDs there then eventually BUY just the ones that I like a lot and will want for my own.

Cheryl
