Im new here and just posted my first intro post so I thought it would be a good way to start by planning tomorrow....
B: grapegruit,1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 2tpsp flax seeds, banana
S: apple, 1/2 cup grapes
L: spinach, green pepper, corn, cucumber salad w/ low fat ranch, orange
D: tuna and red pepper sandwhich on whole wheat w/ spinach,
mashed acorn squash w/ pumpkin butter
S: plain yogurt w/ berries
Excersise: 1 hour elliptical
