Hi, newbie to the site from Southern England, Im 37 & female, looking to lose at least 28lb which would take me down to about 130. Ive lost about 36lbs so far as I was getting really lardy & needed to do something as I was getting very depressed with my weight & life in general. This weightloss wasnt easy this time, as I am soooooo lazy & really need to get myself into a REGULAR excercise routine. Hope to make some new pals as one thing I AM keen on is sitting on my butt posting & chatting. Luck & best wishes to you all, but before I go, cant resist posting this carrot
