I had been stuck at the same weight for almost 2 months

. I was so frustrated and about ready to give it up. But, this week I lost 2 lbs. It really motivated me again

The bottom line is that there will be some weeks we gain a little and some weeks we lose, but in the long run I think we will lose.
I actually uped my calories by 200 this week. I'm wondering if that made the difference

? I'm gonna try to do it again next week and see what happens.
