Default 2nd WI and a gain :(

This morning, I went for my 2nd weigh in. I gained 0.6. I know its not much, but its frustrating, knowing when I know I was on plan and was exercising almost every day.
My first week, I lost 4.8, so now I have a total weight loss of 4.2! I know thats still awesome, and I am happy, just a little down that I didn't lose this week.
But I will try to do better next week!

When you first start or change an exercise routine your muscles tend to retain water in the natural tears that exercises causes. This can cause a show a false gain or maintain even being 110% OP.

This was my third week and I had a gain of .6 and it was a downer for me, but Hoping I can shake it off and go forward or down, whatever. LOL. I had thought if I could just show even a pound a week I would be happy. So I'm grinning anyway.

Another thing. I don't know how to change my weight at the bottom of this note, so guess it will have to stay there also. Can anyone tell me how in a simplified version. I tried to do the cute thing, but I can't copy and paste, don't know how.

I had been stuck at the same weight for almost 2 months . I was so frustrated and about ready to give it up. But, this week I lost 2 lbs. It really motivated me again .

The bottom line is that there will be some weeks we gain a little and some weeks we lose, but in the long run I think we will lose.

I actually uped my calories by 200 this week. I'm wondering if that made the difference ? I'm gonna try to do it again next week and see what happens.

Anyway, your loseing weight! Congratulations and good luck on your journey.

Exercise does cause temporary weight gain unfortunately BUT that extra muscle you're making is going to kick in and you'll lose more weight doing nothing. I know how you feel! I have a BIG problem with the numbers. Last week I gained 3.2 and I did not know how and the numbers affected me big time even though I felt I lost. This week I lost 9 so that was great! As far as the weight chart thingy that everyone has a problem with. This is my first time using one but I copied and pasted it in my signature. I think you have to just change the one number for it to reflect the change. LoLow cut and paste is easy but I used copy and paste. I don't think you can cut that. You highlight the link right click and click on copy, then paste it on your signature. I'm hoping the next time I change it is go to signature and change the number indicating current weight. If I am wrong, I am sorry but I hope someone steps forward and lets us in on the secret. Good Luck everyone!
