Planning Friday January 26
Well yesterday didn’t go entirely as planned. My sister decided she wanted to come over for dinner and I didn’t have anything out to make (only the single serving of meatless lasagna that I was thawing for myself) so we ended up getting Chinese. I didn’t get anything fried, got white rice, and split it into two portions. I’ll probable have it over the weekend for dinner.
Here is the plan for Friday:
B: SF Instant Oatmeal
L: Cheese sandwich on wheat; crave control yogurt
D: Meatless Lasagna, salad
S: Broccoli (I know it sounds like a weird snack but I like it), Popcorn, Apple
Water: 3 Liters
WO: walking to and from school 1.2 miles; Day 3/Week 2 of C25K
