A couple years ago I started binging and purging, not realizing the effect it could have on my body.Luckily, I'm a fairly serious runner and I stopped after I realized that it was hurting my performances in races. Stopping was difficult at first, but I haven't had any reaccurances for the past year. Lately I've been binging to try and deal with the stress of college applications and see-saw dieting for the past year and a half.I really need to get back in shape and start eating healthier for track in the spring. Are there any other high schoolers on here that would like to buddy up with me for support?
