I did really well yesterday. I did everything according to plan even when I came home late from working at school and was starving I decided to do my C25K before eating dinner because I knew if I didn’t I wouldn’t do it.
B: SF Oatmeal
S: Clemintein
L: Chicken Salad Sandwich (chicken, miracle whip light, celery, onion, 2 slices wheat bread), Crave Control Yogurt
S: Apple Cinnamon rice cakes (I was just going to throw the whole mini bag in my backpack but decided if I did that I wouldn’t have any portion control so I made a single serving bag)
D: I’m hoping to be back at my apartment by a reasonable time to be able to eat dinner here. The plan is the left over roast beef, carrots, and potatoes. If we work on our paper really late then I’m going to have to pick something up at the school. I’ll probable go to the deli next to the school, but I will make a good choice. I’ll probable want to get some hot food but if nothing on the menu looks healthy enough then I will just have a salad with chicken.
S: Will depend on dinner
Water: 3 Liters
WO: I will definently walk to school (.6 miles) maybe home depending on time.
