Great job everybody! I was suppose to weigh myself today, but didn't get a chance to. I did lose a pound though when I cheated and weighted myself Saturday! lol....So I guess I'll wait and not weigh myself for a couple more days! (I hate waiting!)

Well, I'd chime in, except that when I went to weigh myself this morning, all proud of myself cause I'd done my workout and I've been *relatively* good this past week...I was UP 3 pounds!!!

I'm going to go crawl into a hole and now.

What's the point of doing all this if it doesn't DO anything?

What I learned at Curves is that you need to measure & weigh yourself BEFORE you work out. After you work out your muscles contract, and everything & you don't get an accurate weight/measurement of yourself. Try weighing in, etc before you work out next time!

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience this week, but hopefully next week will be MUCH better!

Well, I THOUGHT i'd have better news. Wednesday is my "official" weigh-in day.. I actually weigh every day usually (I know, I know, it varies, all that... but I HAVE to do it to keep myself accountable and not in denial). Well yesterday I was 261.5, which is a 2.5 lb loss from last week... then today I was 263!

I know, it's water and yadda yadda, I wasn't the best yesterday and I did yoga instead of cardio when I should have done both, but I feel like i have NO LIFE.. go to work, come home, eat something, work out, go home, watch tv, and go to bed. I know it's important to exercise and I feel better but sometimes I feel like, what the is the point?

I'm down 2! I weigh myself every Sat. morning right when I wake up after I go to the bathroom to get the most accurate measurement.

Good job to everyone who has lost this week. If you haven't that's ok it's a new week!

I had stayed the same last week and then lost 1 pound this week. I was kindof disappointed because I normally loose 2 pounds a week. But one is better then none. I think some of it might have to do with the fact I started the C25K program last week and gaining muscle while loosing weight.
