Well, I THOUGHT i'd have better news. Wednesday is my "official" weigh-in day.. I actually weigh every day usually (I know, I know, it varies, all that... but I HAVE to do it to keep myself accountable and not in denial). Well yesterday I was 261.5, which is a 2.5 lb loss from last week... then today I was 263!








I know, it's water and yadda yadda, I wasn't the best yesterday and I did yoga instead of cardio when I should have done both, but I feel like i have NO LIFE.. go to work, come home, eat something, work out, go home, watch tv, and go to bed.
