Default WATP $ miles challenge vs. 5 mile

I know that there are lots WATP lovers here. Me included. I was just wondering which one I should buy. Which one do you guys like more. I was leaning towards the 5 mile, but was wondering if it's easy to choose just the 3 or 4? Does anyone have the 5 mile DVD?? Any opinions will be helpful!

I LOVE the 5 mile! It has three 3-mile workouts in it as well, so you can always change it up! At the opening screen, you get to choose the entire 5 miles, or one of the 3 mile workouts and then you also get to choose whether you listen to Leslie and the gang chatter or just the music.

Mile 1 is a 14 minute walk with the hand weights
Mile 2 is a 10 minute "fastest mile"
Mile 3 is with the ab belt (package doesn't give minutes)
Mile 4 is a fast 12 minute mile
Mile 5 is a 12 minute mile with the stretchie

If you choose one of the 3 miles, you do Miles 2 and 4 plus whichever booster mile you choose. It is just SO SMART!!

You may also consider her new Walk Slim System, which just came out. There are infomercials or go to her website. These are supposed to be faster miles in 1, 2 and 4 miles PLUS a firming workout with the stretchie. I'm a member of her Walk Club and just ordered it, but don't have it yet. Many of my buddies on that site just got theirs this week and LOVE it! It IS bits of jogging, though you can always modify.

Good luck with your decision!
