Thumbs up Southwest Soup!! -SO EASY!!!!

I got this recipe from WW years ago. I keep wanting to make it but I am having trouble trying to figure the exchanges...will somebody please help?

Southwest Soup (WW=1 pt. per 1 cup)

2 cans low sodium chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn
1 can black beans
1 1/2 cup fresh yellow squash, diced
1 1/2 cup fresh zucchini, diced
1 cup frozen okra
1 can wolfe brand turkey chili

Directions:
Place all ingredients into large pot to simmer all at the same time. When warm, enjoy! I heat mine for about an hour to fully cook the squash and zucchini.

My guess would be 1/2 or 1 protein, starch, 2 veggies, depending on how many servings it makes.
