A clementine is a citrus fruit that is a cross between an orange and a tangerine. They are sweeter then oranges, easier to peel, and the majority of the time do not have seeds. The trick to peeling them is rolling them between your hands and the skin will come right off.

A clementine has about 24 calories and 5 carbs, it's mostly juice...like 66% water or something. I love them too but don't buy them much because Tim doesn't eat them so before I finish the little crate thing I get tired of them.

B: honey bunches of oats with 2% milk and applesauce
L: a manwich with mac & cheese (Tim wouldn't take it for lunch and I try not to waste food)
D: pork and asparagus stir fry, 4oz. loin with a bagged mix of asparagus, green beans, cauliflower, carrots and noodles and a splash of sauce, cupcake
S: roated veggie ritz and string cheese
S: teddy grahams

I am so proud of myself! I got my snack items yesterday, and the stir fry veggie mix, and I'm at 1602 calories for the day loaded with food! It even includes my 20cal viactiv multivitamin! And yesterday I ended up at subway so I changed some things around and ended up with only 1757cal and I almost had a second cupcake (220cal) but I stopped and thought about what my stomach felt like and put it back. yay!

Exercise: 45 minute 2.75 mile walk...it will probably snow on me again

I know Brit, it's weird...I think I just overdo it. Since I know I have to eat them all by myself, I get tired of them. Plus I will eat 2-5 at a time
