Which plan do you mean? RS has had a few different ones over the years, but they all are basically reduced calorie plans, and balanced eating-moderate portions from different food groups.
There used to be a Richard Simmons section of the forum here a few years back, but it went away due to lack of interest. Feel free to post here in General Diet plans about how you are doing, though-this is sort of the section for all of the plans that there are not separate areas of the forum for.
