Whole Foods menu for Monday, 1/15
I'm baaaaack! It's been a long time but I have recently, after a few pesky dr. visits, decided that I'd better go back to what works for me. Here's what I'm having today:
B: LF cottage cheese and pineapple
S: Kashi TLC crackers with hummus
L: 100% WhWh pita with turkey, swiss, and homemade guacamole; Guiltless Gourmet blue chips with salsa
S: carrots and grape tomatoes with light ranch
D: 13 bean soup and one slice of homemade wheat bread; skim milk
