Mornin' All! Here's to a great week!

Have to get an appt. for my big guy this AM. He's had this annoying post nasal drip type cough for about a month. Zyrtec helped, then he gave it to me, I just finished a Zpak for a sinus infection, now he sounds worse again. And Robby is coughing this AM too. The fun never ends.

I just have to say this...I am totally LOVING my new minivan! Went grocery shopping last night and it was great! Who ever would've thought I'd be raving about a friggin' minivan?!

Cassie has her first cold this weekend . Poor girlie sneezes about 10 times, her nose runs, her eyes water and she just smiles through it. But she's only happy when attached to Mom. And I do mean attached!

I have been MIA for the past week or so. But I am back. I did good as far as eating right was concerned and did do yoga everyday but I haven't walked and I feel guilty. I have a lot of excuses for not walking but I know they are all just excuses. So today I am walking. Did I mention I lost 2 1/2" from my waist? Wooooo hoooooo!!!!!!!
Lauren, really a minivan?? You really like it? Everyone I know who has one loves it. But I refuse to ever get one. Should I rethink that??

Hubby's been that way since we moved out here to CA....almost 5 years ago. I understand that all he wants to do when he comes home from a flight is to relax but dangit, I shouldn't be stuck having to clean up after him and making dinner ever night after working a stupid job i hate. He could be a little more considerate instead of being out in the garage with his cigs and his alcohol or stuck in the office with his precious video game all night.

Sorry guys I'm just not having a good weekend.....real pmsy, not motivated for weight loss, just blah...

i hope you're having a good one though. I can say there's been one good thing about today, and it's that I'm home today and not at work.

Holy, Hope the PMS passes quickly! I'm sure you'll be back in "I can't wait for DH to get home" mode!

Shey, I don't know that you need a minivan now, with no kids!! Although if you haul a lot around, it wouldn't be a bad idea! I come from the "I'll NEVER drive a minivan" thought process! I think it's hilarious that it has been my dream car for the past couple years though!

Karen, Robby's had a rough couple days, we thought he didn't want to live past his birthday, but he made it through. I'll give him kisses from you and the kiddos! Poor Cassie, give her kisses from us! Hope she's feeling better soon!

I took back my squeaky elliptical and got a cheaper model.
So I went a whole two days without that workout, but I did some Fitness Videos instead. dug up some old Susan Powder ones. haha. she's a trip.

anyway, I'm spending my MLK day watching the Battlestar Gallactica marathon and assembling my elliptical.

And I've discovered that I can't eat raw carrots as a snack.
They make me nauseous after a while for some reason. Darn. Cuz I like carrots.

ah well, i'll find something.
