Oh Pooh...now I'm sad - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Okay Alot of people try to lose the weight to look great when they go on vacation to a beach.

My idea was to lose weight for myself but to also look great when I go to New York to see my friend Andrew and his sister Kass. Well I don't think that's going to happen. He's having to take care of his sister for the rest of his life. Basically, I've known them both for three years and told Andrew how I felt. His sister wants him to give me a chance and all this jazz, and Kass has Multiple Personality Disorder and is also Schitzophrenic (sp).

I care so much about those two that I would drop everything down here in Georgia just to go help them. Andrew knows this. But I don't know. I really am praying that I can go see them and I think he's scared to let me come see him because of how his sister is. SO now I have to come up with a new Vacation spot. And I don't know where that would be. I was really hoping to go to New York and the only other person that would go up there wiht me is joining the army.

Any suggestions?

I think I am a little confused, but why not come up alone. You'll be visint them so its not like you'll be in the city by yourself. I am a NYer. Also not sure what kind of vacation you like, but you could also do Philadelphia, which isn't that far from NY (1.5-2 hours away) That way you could still get up to NY if you wanted to just "drop by"

I agree..go by yourself! And 'drop by' why you're in town vacationing. I'm sure they'll both enjoy it.. OR say you're gonna visit the sister and he is just going to happen to be there when you get there..

No reason you have to change your plans... Keep up the great work and plan on going!!

Thing is...I'd don't have that kind of money to be staying in a hotel. I was to be staying wiht them. And helping out. Not to mention Andrwe was going to be with me at night so I wouldn't feel scared. I have a fear of being in new environments Alone.

Who knows. maybe by thing he'll let me know. But for now it looks like a no go
