HELLO EVERYONE. I AM NEW HERE AND COULD USE SOME HELP REACHING MY GOAL. AFTER HAVING MY CHILDREN, I HAVE BECOME CRAZY FAT. I PUT MY FAMILY FIRST AND FORGET TO TAKE CARE OF MYSELF. I GRAB CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH THE KIDS. I REALLY COULD USE SOME FRIENDS. I HAVE MANY BUT THEY ARE ALL LITTLE. ITS NO FUN SHOPPING FOR PLUS SIZE CLOTHES WITH SMALL FRIENDS. I DON'T DO IT.

I am new too...

I just plain don't have many friends (not from a loser personality, tho' I may well have one of those , but rather as a result of a life change)

So some mutual support would be great....

I am 32, work full time as a Media Solutions Consultant and am getting married in a week!!! I will be my future husband's second wife so I will also be taking on a nine year old stepson.

In 1997 I was 120lbs, I am now 184lbs. My heaviest ever.

I am hoping I can stop this downward spiral before I get stuck permanently in a rut.

I am hoping we can help and support each other...
