Hi Everyone!
I have been looking through the sit a bit and finally decided to join. I lost about 7 lbs on weight watchers this summer with a goal of a friends wedding as well as a vacation to Hawaii from me and boyfriend. Unfortantly now that those events have passed as well as the holidays I have gained back the weight. Today I am starting weight watchers again with a new goal-to loose the weight and actually keep it off!
My short term goals is to stick to my points for two weeks and allow for one cheat meal a week (reserved for going out to eat). After that I am going to start with getting back into an exercising routine. Speak of which, I froze my gym membership for the winter so I am going to be doing everything from home. We have a little bit of equipment (a swiss ball, weights...) so if anyone can recommend any good at home workouts that would be awesome!
Well, I would love it if anyone want to be my buddy-I need to comunicate with someone everyday to stay on track otherwise I easily fall into temptations. If anyone out there can offer support please let me know~!
