Hi everyone! I'm new to this, but not to trying to lose weight. I've lost and gained back before...loking to do it again, without the gaining back part. Seems like there is some pretty humerous support here. Looking for tips and motivation!
I am just counting calories and exercisng. It is working pretty well. The hardest times are when my husbands works nights and I am home alone. I definatly eat out of boredom. I lost some weight last spring (20 lbs) but have gained back about 8, so I need to take actioon ASAP!!
you are right - you will definately find alot of fantastic advise and some silliness and humour along the way. some of these girls have a wicked sense of humour
