Talking Aery's weight loss goal
I love this little guy! Anyway....I am at 208 as of this morning, snizzel I honestly want to focus on 5 pounds at a time. So my fist goal is 203. I want to lose 1.5 to 2.0 pounds a week. Well really I just want a loss every week.
