New Year and a new toy Nike +

    Well i did it I gave myself a New Years present. I got the Ipod and nike shoe. I used it for the first time today . I really like having all the info I needed at my fingure tips. I hope to play around with it more and maybe get some work outs from the nike site.

    I Love being able to join challanges on the nike site against others. I really like a challange and it gives me motivation to get up and keep going.

    Hi Firefly, you are going to love the Nike+ kit - I've had mine since November, and have found it really motivational. FYI, on another thread on the Exercise board, Kristinc was mentioning that she may start a 3FC challenge for those of us using the Nike+ kit. You may want to join in the fun, since you like challenges.
