D-huge romaine salad, 1/2 red pepper, sweet potato, grilled steak

that is about 1800 calories so no more for me today~sigh~
L: I had a really late breakfast so just had a snack
S: cottage cheese, nuts, green tea
D: Homemade soup: yellow split peas made w/ham shank bone, garlic, onions, carrots, spices. 1 slice beer bread from a mix, honey, 1 pear
S: 2 squares Newman's own Sweet Dark Orange Chocolate (my favorite!)
(I probably should have added a salad to dinner but I have a hormonal headache today and I didn't feel like making one!).

Not a whole foods kind of day, but I'm trying to be accountable so here it is. My parents are visiting so things are hectic and we are making compromises so everyone can eat.
B-special K red berries w/ added fiber one, almonds & soymilk, banana, OJ, coffee w/ skim
S-Mom's homemade chocolate chip cookies
L-Arby's grilled chicken sandwich (the best choice I could find), couple of french fries, red grapes and another of Mom's cookies
S-(after run) Kashi Go Lean chocolate & almond bar, the last cookie
D-homemade tacos w/ 4% fat ground beef, shredded cheddar, corn & black bean salsa, lettuce, bell pepper & black olives on corn tortilla shells, dk chocolate (2 kisses)
S-small handful of peanut M&Ms, 1/2 c (measured it) of low fat almond mocha ice cream
About 2300 calories. My run was over an hour today so I was shooting for about 2100, not so bad. Did I mention the cookies are gone?
