Height: 5'3.75"

Default Game: 2007 1000 lb 3FC Challenge

How it works

It starts with your last official weigh in of 2006 (how ever you deem "official weigh ins"). Then after the new year, whenever you have a new weigh in you post your loss (since the previous weigh in) and update the total 3FC loss. The goal is to see how long it takes the community of 3FC to lose 1000 lbs.

Example
Ennay: -1.2 lbs
Total : -1.2 lbs

Next post:
MemberX: -2.7 lbs
Total : -3.9 lbs

Next post
Karlz: -0.2 lbs
Total: -4.1 lbs

Then the next week it might be
Ennay: -0.6 (just what I lost in one week)
Total :-4.7

etc.

IF YOU JOIN LATE - No problem! For your first post either put your total loss from New Years on, or if you start your weight loss journey after newyears, from when you start.

Whatcha think?

I likee

What happens if our weight goes up on a weigh in, do we have to log the increase or just wait til we get an "actual" loss (i.e. a loss exceeding the prior one we already entered) before we log again? Silly question but UNFORTUNATELY what goes down sometimes goes back up (: (e.g. me on xmas, but luckily only by 1.5 lbs).

Do how ever you would normally log weight. If you log weight weekly no matter what, then log increases. If you are like me and only log lows, then log decreases only...however you want to do it.

OK lets go! Your baseline is your last official weigh in, report when you weigh in!

Ooh, can I play? I'm new to this site, just starting South Beach today,
so it's nothing for now. I'll report next week!
