Smile Its the FINAL Drop a Dress Size for Christmas weigh in thread

Four days to Christmas .... woo HOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Last weigh in and sad to say I stayed exactly the same AGAIN this week I'd hoped to finish on a triumphant note and lose another pound or two but it was not meant to be - probably because I've not exactly been Little Miss Perfect this week Never mind, I'm happy with the way the Challenge went for me - I lost 8 pounds since it started and dropped that blummin dress size.

Maybe Santa will give me the best present of all - some willpower - and I'll get to lose the final stone or two

Happy Christmas to one and all

Sarah...you did great, good job.

I said in chat I wasn't going to get on the scale today, but it's the last day so I will.......

OK same as when I started 160...I think I've gone from 159-162 during this challenge.

I'm fine with that now, but after new years, time to focus on getting comfortably into the 150's and into size 8-10. I can pretty much wear a 10 now in everything but some are snug.

Well done to us all I say I'm actually down half a pound which I'll take, and I've not been a perfect angel (not that I have ever been perfect, nor an angel)

I am comfy in my 16 jeans and some of my other trousers are loose to the point that I'm pulling them up constantly...so I'll say I didn't go down an actual size, but I'm comfy with what I've got to wear.

Hope everyone maintains or maybe even loses a pound or two over the holidays, and we can all start another challenge come 2007.

Merry Christmas everyone.

I was thinking about a personal Challenge between New Years Day and Easter - I think its on the 8th April next year - so there's about 13 or 14 weeks gap - enough time to lose a stone or two!

I stayed the same. I'm happy with that. So I lost 16lbs my clothes are really loose and I got my jeans on and fastened that I couldn't get fastened before we started.

I'm up for a new challenge in the new year.

Well done!!!!!

I really enjoyed this Challenge - I found it very motivating - and it was nice to know that it was for a fixed time with a bit of a diet break at the end of it. How about we plan something like that from New Year to Easter (having Easter week or weekend off???)

That would work for me When I first started givng myself challenges, I always did six weeks and ten pounds which wasn't really hard and I made most of them,. I tried to do it between special times, such as New Years and Valentines...Valentines and Easter, but this one will do just super and I'm in...

Hello everyone

Unfortunately I didn't do that well on the challenge but I'm happy where I am still.

Well done to you all though.

A challenge in the New Year would be great Sarah as I do want to lose that last eight pounds.

I haven't been to ww this week. I think I've probably stayed the same or gained one. I just couldn't be bothered going. Having been Christmas shopping most days this week in crowds my antisocialness has kicked in.

So do we have a weekly weigh in thread or do we just post in the chat thread?
