Default Easy moves + high intensity?

Hello, I'm looking for fitness DVDs with simple choreography that are also challenging. I started out doing Leslie Sansone WATP and Gin Miller's Everybody Steps. Love both in that the moves and routines are easy to learn w/o confusing, dancy choreography. However, they are starting to lose their challenge for me, and no longer keep my heart rate up where I need it to be. Can anyone suggest fitness videos that are more intense, but have simple moves?

Power 90 has very simple moves, but the intensity is high.

Also the new Barry's Bootcamp videos have simple and SUPER high intense cardio (but they are part of a set with weight training)

Power 90 Masters has a cardio interval workout that's also high

Mini-Me, are you still using Barry's Workouts? I was looking on HSN but they do not describe all the workouts, I hope he will be on tomorrow as it is workout day so they will update his item. Kathy

Hi,

Gin Miller has a new one called "Simply Interval" which is great-choreography is easy to follow. If you want WAY more intense Gin Miller, try "Intense Moves." That has a lot of high impact, though.

There are clips of "Simply Interval" at collagevide.com

Hope that helps-
Sherry
