Default Planning for Sunday, Dec. 17

Wow, the week before Christmas already! I have 3 holiday parties this week and 2 more in January. Funny thing is, I'm not really even worried about the possibility of overeating at any of them. I've been so on-plan lately that I think I'll be able to resist the things I shouldn't have.

Anyway, I went for a 60-minute walk this morning. Here's how my food plan is shaping up:
  • TJ's organic cereal w/banana and milk
  • pbj sandwich
  • shrimp pasta - I do a whole pound of whole-wheat spaghetti, a jar of marinara sauce, a bag of TJ's small frozen shrimp, and a tub of TJ's bruschetta. It feeds the 2 of us dinner for one night, plus Jeff takes it for lunch for another 4 days
  • smoothie - milk, banana, protein powder
The above comes to about 1525 calories and 79g protein (a bit on the low side for protein, but my average daily protein intake for the week is still 126g, so I think I'll survive).
