yesterday was junk food. today will be better.

Here is my plan:
bf - quinioa porridge and banana lunch - core chili, carrots grapes snack - yougurt/apple dinner - roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans. |
b: shredded wheat w/banana, Splenda, skim milk
l: LO Mexican Beef Stir fry over brown rice, ff yogurt, milk s: apple d: Crockpot mixed beans & ham, 1 dinner roll (pts), milk Angela |
Mellow is good - tried to sleep in but luggage and laundry calling me - took me so long to get unpacked and organized!
Breakfast (11 am) - 1 egg, slices toast w/peanut butter Snack: diet pepsi, sunflower seeds Lunch: tbd Dinner: Meatballs, roast potatoes, squash |
