Think Thin! Menu for Tuesday 9/12/06

  • Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg and Canadian bacon, 1 cup of milk
    Snack: celery with some sort of PB dipping stuff (have to figure the pts on it)
    Lunch: salad of lettuce, boiled shrimp, red onion, feta (could only find RF but it's not too bad), strawberries and Wishbone spritzer dressing
    Dinner: still thinking...
  • Here is my Tuesday --

    BF - WW blueberry yogurt with grapenuts mixed in
    snack -grapes, 2 slices turkey
    lunch - Wendy's small chili (3.5pts), diet pepsi
    snack - apple or banana
    Dinner - grilled steak with grilled zuchini and eggplant.

    l: half chicken sandwich and half a ham sandwich (I couldn't make up my mind!) (5 pts); chicken noodle soup (2 pts)
    s: banana, cucumber slices
    d: salad w/ranch and spaghetti from Fazoli's...and yes, 2 breadsticks That's what happens when you eat on the run! (around 10 pts? probably more, I haven't looked it up)
    s: popcorn and crystal light pink lemonade
