  • Here's my plan for the day. Not all Core but very healthy and filling ...

    Breakfast: cheerios and skim milk
    Snack: natural applesauce
    Lunch: 1/2 sandwich with sugar-free whole wheat bread and 1 T. natural peanut butter
    Snack: 50% reduced fat cheese
    Snack: Terra chips -- which IMO should be (and will be, at least by me) considered Core
  • Mine's not all core either but it's the best I can do today.

    l: HC pizza (5 pts) and salad
    s: sf jello

  • b: shredded wheat & bran, banana, Splenda, milk
    s: apple
    l: LO spaghetti, last of the pepper & penne salad, milk
    s: ff yogurt w/strawberries, graham cracker
    d: baked fish, salad, milk

    s: popcorn?

    Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, fresh blueberries

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF Feta Cheese

    Dinner: LO Core meat sauce over ww rotini. Double serving of fresh green beans.

    Snack: Core plus Applebee's cheescake

    Oh Oh! My planning has already gone by the wayside. Not good!
  • My turn:

    Breakfast: fresh fruit salad, lf/sf yogurt, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO mexican mole chicken breast, steamed green beans
    apple

    Snack: hb egg, fruit

    Dinner: broiled steak, baked potato, salad w/olive oil dressing
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with Apples, raisins and cinnamon splenda
    S: 100 calorie pack Pringles
    L: Salad with flaked fish, ff Ranch
    S: Celery Sticks with Gruacomole
    D: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Mix. Veggies
    S: Fresh Pineapple, Watermelon and Berries (in a salad)

    This is what is planned anyways...We will see if it stays that way...
