Thinking Thin Thursday Menu, 6/22/06

Are we just 'thinking thin'? I need to eat thin too - ha ha ha
Breakfast: 1/2 c. lf vanilla yogurt w/chocolate flakes (really yummy!), decaf w/cream Lunch: LO piece of teriyaki chicken from freezer, mixed polynesian veggies (with pineapple chunks!). fresh strawberries Snack: soy cheese and/or carrots w/dip (depends if I'm going to gym) Dinner: roasted chicken breast, baked potato, steamed asparagus Snack: fresh pineapple/watermelon if hungry! |
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, and fresh blueberries
Lunch: LO tamale pie Snack: Core blueberry muffin Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with balsamic vinagrette (healthy oil); Marinara sauce over ww angel hair pasta with broiled chicken and mushrooms. Snack: ? |

1 cup Soy Milk 1/4 Cantelop Snack ~ Watermelon Lunch ~ Flat out bread (Carb Down Low Fat) Wrap (1 point) chicken Breast, Lettuce, tomatoes, FF Italian, FF Ranch Snack ~ Celery and Carrots with Hummus (1) and Guacomole for dipping. Dinner ~ Salad, Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, Chickpeas, Bl Olives, FF Ranch Chicken Breast 1 cup Soy Milk |
