WE CAN DO IT! Wednesday menu 6/21/06
Okay, here we go ...
Breakfast: Cheerios, milk
Snack: fruit salad (strawberries, blueberries, pear, honeydew, cantaloupe)
Lunch: tuna salad, applesauce, light string cheese (1 pt)
Snack: popcorn
Dinner: Gorton's fish filet, broccoli, milk

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and a banana
Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF feta cheese
Snack: FF cottage cheese and pineapple
Dinner: LO sirloin chili with LO Core cornbread

and maybe some soup
d: ?? I might steal Frouf's idea and have couscous with peppers and onions, that just sounds so good!
Another long work day for me, so I need to pack some extra snacks.

Todays Menu
B-Chicken Breast, LO Core Pasta salad (I know this isnt really breakfast but it sounded good) 1/4 cantelop, cup of Soy milk (lite)
S- Hummus (chickpeas, FF Sour cream and Lemon Juice), Celery and Watermelon
L - Chicken breast with Salad and FF Ranch
S - Carrot sticks with FF Fiesta Ranch dip and some fruit
D - Hallibet Fillet, baked with onions, garlic, peppers and mushrooms,
steamed Veggie mix,
S - Frozen Yogurt
We have a icecream shop that has a new product called Only 8.
It is FF, 33 calories for 1/2 cup, 4 active cultures and sweetened with fructose. It has 8 all natural ingredients. It is really good.

Well here's what I have eaten so far!
Breakfast: 1 cup probiotic pear yogurt, decaf w/light cream
Snack: 1 banana
Lunch: 4 tortillas, some guacamole, tomatoes, chicken/beef mix, sour cream
Snack:??? depends if I am hungry later (brought some fresh strawberries, soy cheese and carrots and dip).
Dinner: no idea (have some leftover couscous from yesterday - may mix it up w/lo bbq chicken?)
