Default Tasty Tuesday Menu, June 6

l: italian chicken; pita bread (2 pt); watermelon
s: sf jello; cheese slice (1 pt)
d: cornmeal chicken, squash/zucchini/onion mix and baked potato
s: 2 graham treats (2 pts); watermelon

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with 3/4 cup skim, equal, and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries. (3.75 points)

Lunch: Southwestern Eggbeater omelet with slice of Borden FF sharp cheddar cheese (3 points)

Snack: Cup of cantaloupe (1 point)

Snack number two: Frosty smoothie (3 points)

Dinner: Core Chicken Fried Rice (water chestnuts, pea pods, green onions, eggs, healthy oil to stir fry the veggies)(16 points)

Dessert: Orange dreamsicle (2 points)

Grand Total: 28.75 points used

30 WPA's left for non-Core ingredients and food

Earned 6 AP's

Dinner: Turkey burger (5), small corn cobbette (1) and tomato slices (0)

Total = 20

s: 2 pieces toast w/jelly (prob. 5 pts?) (I was out gardening until WAY past suppertime, so I was very hungry)
