Wednesday Menu, March 22, 2006
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, fresh strawberries, equal
Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with turkey sausage (2 points), avocado, and salsa; cantaloupe and honeydew
Dinner: Pizza (technically I'm sure that I have no WPA's left for this week. This was a stress meal, plain and simple
