  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, splenda, and a banana

    Lunch: Broiled sirloin steak and roasted mixed veggies (red pepper, squash, zucchini, and red onion) with ICBINB light (2 points)

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit Naturals peaches drained of juice

    Dinner: Double serving of Farina made with skim, spenda and ICBINB light (2 points)

    Snack: Popcorn with smart balance (2 points)

  • Breakfast: 1 egg, Healthy Request tomato juice, milk
    Snack: banana
    Lunch: salad with lettuce, tomato and olive oil/balsamic vinegar dressing; shrimp, broccoli and tomatoes sauteed in olive oil (there's all my oil!)
    Snack: honeydew melon
    Dinner: ??

    lunch: ff yogurt with raspberries & oak scone

    dinner: salad, beans & carrots, salmon & leftover salmon, egg & tuna

    snack: popcorn
