GYM GIRL - You might really like CORE, I don't know anything about LA WL but the CORE is great if you like working out because you can focus on the quality of foods and the quantity that fills you up and gives you energy to train. I like cooking so I get to cook what I like and incorporate what I want/need for the weight training I am currently getting back into.

As they say at my meeting, learn the list, live the list. CORE list of foods.

Hi gymgirl,

Sometimes if you mix it up a little, the loss will come back. I changed my routine in Core a bit, and the losses came back. Stick to it, and you'll see results.

I've been on core for almost 2 weeks, and I LOVE it. I did LAWL, and the cravings were insane! Their bars are loaded w/ sugar and set me off like crazy. Once you get off the sugar, you'll feel so good... your body will thank you.

Good luck w/ the last 10.

CORE ROCKS!
