Breakfast: oatmeal with splenda, milk
L-1: cup of pinto beans
L-2: lean hb patty with cheese, purple onion
Dinner: salad with Kraft Free 1000 Island
Snack: apple slices with 1T. Simply Jif PB (2 pts)
Whew! Finally got here.
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, splenda, banana
Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF feta cheese
Snack: Crustless pumpkin pie with FF cool whip
Dinner: Red Clam chowder; Broiled chicken breast or filet mignon, baked potato with FF sour cream, sweet corn with ICBINB light (points)
Maybe popcorn when we come home.
