Sorry, but I think that only the Kashi puff cereal is core. But to be honest, they are "core-enough" for me. They are so chock full of fiber and low in fat. DH eats the Heart to Heart a LOT and I eat it sometimes and think of it as core-enough. But that's a decision you have to make.

WeightyLady....Unfortunately Kashi Go Lean and Heart 2 Heart are not considered Core by WW guidelines. However, Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs are....mix that with 1/2cup of Fiberone (Core) with Milk of course, and it's a great fulfilling Breakfast...

Much success in your Weight Loss Journey..........

Bummer, huh? Even cheerios are not Core. Nothing with sugar in it is Core.

The WW Puffed Vanilla or whatever it's called is Core and is GREAT! You should try it next.

Can you add Benefiber and make something core? I haven't started, just doing the research- I did points online and gained weight. I lost fast on Atkins but hated the departure from veggies and fruit.

I don't think so. Core is not just high fiber. It's good fat, no sugar as well.
