I wanted to say Frigid Friday but we know Kathy has sunshine and warm temps!
Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran with skim, banana, splenda
Lunch: Tuna salad made with FF miracle whip, onions, red peppers
Snack: Homemade chunky applesauce
Dinner: Mixed field greens salad (black olives, red onions, tomato and balsamic vinagrette), Kansas City Strip steak, ww angel hair with smart balance (points), fresh green beans
Snack: Hot tea and Natural Ovens cookie if I really want it.
Counting points today for fun. I had to grab something fast for lunch and it has kind of messed me up. But better than eating something non-diet friendly I suppose!
Oh no we don't! Yesterday was the last day. Now we're having a 60 degree drop and it's going to be in the high 20s and low 30s until Monday with freezing rain.
COOL HERE TODAY!! WOULD BE A GOOD DAY FOR CHILI OR VEGGIE SOUP!!
But I'm not making either. Oh well.

Angela, do you have a WW food guide? It lists all of the points for everything.
Just a thought--sometimes when I just eat salad for lunch I am ravenous all day. Even when I have tuna or some other meat. I usually have to add a piece of bread or eat the tuna as a sandwich in order to fill full. That's why I think it's easier to dole out 5 points a day or something.
As far as the pizza goes, get some thin crust and have a salad to go along. And enjoy yourself! You're going to do great.
The Just2Good and Light Done Right dressings are 1 pt for 2T, or at least the 1000 Island dressing is. I like it much better than the FF (too much sugar) or regular (too much fat) ... it's a nice compromise. I have a bottle of FF 1000 Island that I'm plugging thru but it's not going fast enough, so I might have to ditch it and open the Just2Good bottle.
