Oooo, I want Vickie's dinner.

b: bagel with cream cheese (5 pts)
l: lean cuisine and salad (5 pts)
s: chocolate angel food cake (2 pts); popcorn (1 pt)
d: chicken taco salad (8 pts?)

Counting points today for fun. I had to grab something fast for lunch and it has kind of messed me up. But better than eating something non-diet friendly I suppose!

Oh no we don't! Yesterday was the last day. Now we're having a 60 degree drop and it's going to be in the high 20s and low 30s until Monday with freezing rain.

So far today (and I'm hungry by the way . . . )

Breakfast: Oatmeal with one apple sliced on top/cinnamon/splenda
(I only had 1% milk so I only poured about 1/3 cup on top.

Lunch: Big salad, lettuce, cukes, tomato, tunafish, Just 2 Good Dressing and popcorn

Snack: oatmeal

Dinner: My parents are coming and we are ordering pizza. There goes my motivation - and it's only the first day!!

How many points for the milk? And how many points for the dressing? I usually use about 3 Tablespoons of dressing.

I am determined to stick to this!

Angela, do you have a WW food guide? It lists all of the points for everything.
Just a thought--sometimes when I just eat salad for lunch I am ravenous all day. Even when I have tuna or some other meat. I usually have to add a piece of bread or eat the tuna as a sandwich in order to fill full. That's why I think it's easier to dole out 5 points a day or something.
As far as the pizza goes, get some thin crust and have a salad to go along. And enjoy yourself! You're going to do great.

The Just2Good and Light Done Right dressings are 1 pt for 2T, or at least the 1000 Island dressing is. I like it much better than the FF (too much sugar) or regular (too much fat) ... it's a nice compromise. I have a bottle of FF 1000 Island that I'm plugging thru but it's not going fast enough, so I might have to ditch it and open the Just2Good bottle.
