Don't worry -- I'm still trying to come up with a snappy title. If I think of something in the middle of the night, I'll come back and edit!

Snack: bowl of mixed fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple and grapes)
Lunch: tuna salad, light string cheese (1 pt), pickles

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda and 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce cooked in.
Lunch: Farina made with skim and splenda and smart balance (points)
Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches
Dinner: Huge salad with a small amount of extra thin crust pizza with fresh garlic and mushrooms
Snack: If needed....crustless pumpkim pie with FF cool whip. Knowing I can have this might keep me from eating too much pizza.

Vickie, have you ever tried making the pizza on WW tortillas instead of crust? From what I hear, it's very good and makes a good crisp crust.

No, Kathy, but I'd be interested in trying it. We're carrying out tonight. The crust we get is about as thin as a tortilla.
