Breakfast: Shreded wheat and bran with skim, banana, and splenda
Lunch: Vegetable barley soup; Eggbeaters, FF cheddar, avocado, mushrooms, and turkey sausage (points), wedge of honeydew/watermelon/cantaloupe
Snack: FF cottage cheese and pineapple
Dinner: Paper thin mushroom pizza (points)
Snack: Skim milk and 2 natural ovens oatmeal raisin cookies (points)
