Winning Wednesday Core Menu - Jan 4, 2006
I get to start!
Breakfast: probably oatmeal, fresh blueberries, decaf w/light cream
18 oz water
Snack: watermelon chunks
Lunch: roast chicken breast, 1/4 baked acorn squash, broccoli
2 clementines
18 oz water
Snack: grapes, cheesestring, glass of milk
Dinner: LO roast beef, baked potato, broccoli, sauteed mushrooms/onions
lemon/lime club soda
red grapes
Hope that fills me up!

All packed up and ready to go, including the Maltomeal, so I'll have no breakfast mishaps tomorrow:
Breakfast: Maltomeal and milk
Snack: unsweetened applesauce
Lunch-1: beef tips, broccoli, carrots with 1 t. dill dip (1 pt)
Lunch-2: 1/2 cup pinto beans, 1 wedge Light Laughing Cow cheese (1 pt)
Dinner: salad with garlic shrimp and FF 1000 Island dressing, baked potato with FF sour cream and cheese, milk
Additional snack, if needed: popcorn

Breakfast: LO Cornmeal cakes
Snack: nothing
Lunch: Core meatloaf
Snack: nothing
Dinner: Mixed greens salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, FF honey dijon dressing; Roast Chicken, Core mashed potatoes, corn
Snack: Homemade applesauce
Dessert: Tea and 2 Natural ovens oatmeal raisin cookies (points)
I need to work on my fruit and dairy tomorrow. I've been afraid to eat dairy.

This is the way to do it. Plan to succeed!
After yoga this morning I'll have breakfast out with my friends:
early morning snack: banana
breakfast: 2 eggs over easy on one WW toast (pts.)
lunch: oatmeal with fruit
dinner : KFC chicken breast, skin removed--ear of corn--no biscuit! (I promise)
snack: fruit and popcorn when needed

OK, here's what I really ate:
b: banana
s: oatmeal
l: salad, some chicken nuggets, a sliver of cheese pizza (very small), some coke (that's right)
s: clementine, baked cheetos (at least they were baked)
d: small cup of chicken noodle soup, turkey sandwich, handful of chips
I'm doing so well.
