i like the challenge about no valentine candy, too. that's a good one.

melissa, how goes it, girlfriend? are we ready to leave those 190's yet? i am almost afraid to set a numeric goal. i'm sticking to my goal of staying on program. so far so good. i go fri am to ww for wi. (lots of abbreviations here, eh?) wish me success. i'm hoping all this pays off.

Sandra, I just saw your message. ;) ;) ;) for w/i today!! And no, apparently I'm going to be stuck in the 190's forever. And to think, I was down to 188 and now I'm back to 193 this morning! TOM did just arrive so I'm hoping some of my bloatedness (is that a word?) is a result of that. You are really doing great. I'm kind of wandering aimlessly. But I do feel like my feelings/thoughts about eating have improved lately.

My WI is tomorrow morning but I am ashamed to say I did not meet my exercise goals this week - and will try to do better next!

I'm down another 1.5 pounds this week. Slowly but surely beating the scale into submission. (Emphasis on the slowly... :lol: )

New to the Core Board
 
I know I'm a little late, but here are my Valentines Day goals:

1. Consistently drink at least 6 glasses of water per day (yes, even on the weekends).

2. Exercise for 30 minutes each day and stretch at night before bed.

well after last weeks fantastic loss I gained it all back this week,,,up 2.5 . uuugh I was OP and not eating bread the last two days,,,I did make an oven rice that had a pkg of onion soup mix in it so Im thinking it was the sodium. Not very happy right now but I will go on.....I was so close to my goal!! This week Im kicking butt! (my own)

Don't give up, Patti! If you stayed on program and didn't lose, then it's just the sodium or something else equally weird. You'll lose next week. It used to happen to me all the time.

so far since beginning this challenge, i've had all op days cept for 2. that's amazing for me.

Hang in there, Patti. I'm sure it was just the sodium.

Another 1.5 pounds for me this week. I'm nothing if not consistent.
