I hope to be in the low end of the 230's or the high end of the 220's. I have quit taking the medication that makes me retain fluid, so hoping that will help.
I was really surprised when I got on the scales the day after weigh in and it showed my down about 3.5 lbs. We will see what happens.

I can't decide whether or not to join the challenge. I haven't been losing much lately and every time I don't meet my goal I feel like a failure. Let's just say that I'm shooting for my 50 pound chick and I'll try to root you all on through December.
I'm in! I'm shooting for 145 by Christmas Day, at least one time to the gym per week, at least one walk per week, and at least one session on the Gazelle per week.
Count me in! I'm setting a reasonable goal for the 4 1/2weeks until Christmas.
I aim to be 3 pounds lighter and that will get me out of the 200's. Slow but sure is my aim. No pain and no gain. LOL. My goal is to stay on Core, be careful of my WPA's, and to do a 20min. yoga routine 4 times a week and a one hour treadmill 2 times a week.
Good luck to us all. We can do this!
Here's to a wonderful wrap up of 2005 and onto better things in 2006.

OK, I'm going to join in. I've been letting my eaing creep out of control since Halloween. From now on, I will eat Core again, and only use my 35 WPA's, nothing more. If I DO have sugar, it will be in very limited quantities. I worked too hard to get to Lifetime to mess it up now.
Vickie, maybe you could join with some other type of goal, like eating more fruits and veggies or water? Just a thought. I don't ever want a challenge to make people feel like failures though!! I've never reached my challenge weight goals but it always helps me to feel like I'm making some progress.
