Wintry Wednesday menu, Dec. 28

  • I thought some of you might smack me if I put "Warm Wednesday menu" for the title. It's going to be another hot one here today.

    Breakfast: cup of General Foods International coffee (French Vanilla) (pts), 1 egg with bell peppers and 2 pc. turkey sausage (pts)

    Lunch: broccoli soup -- only had about 2 TBS. because it was very salty. I'll need to remodel it (add more milk and/or broth) if I'm going to keep it

    Dinner: WW Smart Ones Chicken Enchilada Suiza

    Snack: WW carrot cake (1 pt) and Diet A&W root beer, graham crackers and milk

  • We're having a warm Wednesday here too: a balmy 45 degrees (which, for 'up north", *is* warm for this time of year!!)

    B: oatmeal and coffee with soy milk and splenda
    L: hmmm.... lean meat something? maybe pork? and a salad
    D: turkey chili and brown rice.
    S: cottage cheese or ff mozz squares
    Water, water, water!!

    s: clementine
    l: veggie pizza (pts), salad, milk
    s: apple, clementine
    d: New Orleans Red Beans & Rice, milk

    s: maybe popcorn?

    All I've had is breakfast, since it's only 10:30 am here:

    One banana, 1/2 grapefruit, one tiny tangerine

    That's all. Fruits. Yum.
  • Also, protein powder + soy milk (pts.), steel cut oats + soy, Silk nog (pts.)
