Hi Echooo,
Core is a choice in WW's turnaround program. Its main points and advantages are these:
1. we eat from a list of Core-approved foods.
2. anything we want beyond these particular foods, we need to count in using weekly point allowance of 35 points.
3. journaling and portion measuring are a thing of the past because we use something else to help us stay on track.
4. we eat until we are comfortable or satisfied. We do not eat until we are stuffed, nor do we let ourselves get "starving hungry".
This is a summation of the WW's Core program. We do incorporate exercise, just like Flex.
