All I know is dinner. I had McDonald's for breakfast and lunch combined.

Broiled filet mignon
Sauteed onion, bell pepper, tomatoes
Brown rice
Salad with FF 1000 Island

I've had 4 bottles of water too.

I wouldn't recommend this menu, but here goes:
b. packet of oatmeal
s. large banana
l. slice of pizza
s. grits --two packages of instant
d. whole grain lite muffin with 1 cup of sauteed veggies

I know I'm missing protein, but I was so busy I pretty much kept as close to core as I could, and tried not to throw off my weight loss program.
