Tasty Tuesday menu, 10/4/05
Al packed up and ready to go!
Hopefully I can pass by 7-11 without stopping in for a Coke, but if I do, it'll be a small one and my only use of WPAs for the day.
Breakfast: maltomeal, milk, banana
Snack: pineapple and FF cottage cheese
Lunch: Mexican soup (chicken, black beans, corn, rotel)
Snack: popcorn
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Beef Tips Portobella, sliced cucumbers in olive oil dressing, milk
Another snack if needed: mini FF raspberry yogurt

B: 2 eggs and toast (1 pt)
L1: crab salad and triscuits (2 pts)
L2: salad; sf jello
S: celery and broccoli with ff dip
D: chicken fried rice
S: slim-a-bear (2 pts) or sf/ff pudding
S: popcorn

Well, if you must know, that's what I named my lunch sack! It's a Walmart bag, but I still try to name them from time to time. Al, Sam, George, Mike, Bob ...

Breakfast (late for synagogue!!!): bowl of raisin bran cereal, milk
Lunch (out): greek salad, handful of fries from dh's plate, water

Dinner #2: gefilte fish or chopped liver, coleslaw/pickles/olives
roast turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce
fresh fruit
decaf w/light cream
...then roll myself upstairs to bed..ha ha ha
