Hey, TinaMarie! There are lots of us successful Core folks here. I've lost 33 pounds since the end of September. This is great for me since I'm almost 49 and have a terrible metabolism. I love the food and I'm not hungry. I chose Core because I didn't make good choices on Flex and I was always out of points and hungry. This is about my 4th try at WW and this time I believe I will succeed. Now I'm eating fruit and skim milk and all kinds of healthy grains and veggies. I'm hardly ever starving.

Our profiles are all under the "Profiles" thread. Add yours and then come on over and join us on the thread where we hang out most of the time. Right Now we are on Core Board Number 16.

Thanks Vickie!

Congrats on your 33 pound weight loss!!!!! I just feel like I have sooooooo much to lose that it is totally unattainable at this point. I'm new at this so I need to figure out how to get over to your board...hopefully I can get there!

I've got 117 pounds left to lose so why don't you just come join me on my journey?! I'll be here a while. We can keep each other company. Just do what I do. 5 pounds at a time. The girls here all know my motto, given to me by my husband. This is a marathon....not a sprint!

Hi and welcome!

You have come to the right place - we all love Core and have been fairly successful at it! You will be eating much healthier foods and your cravings and hunger should hopefully disappear!

The Profiles can be found here: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=53270 Please go ahead and join in! See you on Core Board #16!

Also if you want to know what we eat on a daily basis - check out the menu thread for each day!

Sorry, Tina, WOE? Is that workout/exercise? If it is, I walk on treadmill 6-7 days a week for 30-35 minutes at 2.7 mph. But...it took me a long time to work up to that. My lifestyle is very sedentary so this is necessary for me to even lose small amounts.

Go back to the Core Support Board. Under that, you will see all of the individual threads. One is the profiles that Froufie pointed you to. There are also our other threads like the daily menu of the day and Dancing Queens, Core Board 16!

An easy way to get back to the Main Core Support Board is to go to the top of this page where there are highlighted links. The first is 3FC Community, then WW, then Core Support Board. Click once on Core Support Board and it will take you to the main board where you will see all of the individual threads including the one you created that we are typing on now.

Thanks, Kath! All those years with Government acronyms and I didn't get it. You're right. The menu threads are what TinaMarie needs! How are you today?

At work and miserable. I woke up with my leg and arm both aching, and now my left hand is tingling again and I'm on hold with Cigna for STD issues. It looks like a day of dealing with red tape!

How are you?? Tummy better?

Hi Tina,

Welcome to Core. I started with a little more weight to lose than you have and I can tell you that losing weight is absolutely do-able with the core plan. This board has wonderful people, tasty recipes and all sorts of ideas to help along the way.

Glad to have you with us.

LOL! Okay, Vickie can be a dancing queen (or would that be Angela?) but I'd rather stick with being a beauty queen any day! Dancing makes my leg hurt.

I guess I did screw it up, didn't I! I always think of the song Dancing Queens every time I open up the thread.

Kathy, I can't believe you are at work. Did you have to go? I especially would have stayed home the way you woke up. Hope you got some good news from Cigna and I hope you get to go home soon.

Yup, I'm here. I shouldn't have, but the doctor wrote my release to return to work effective day. I don't think I'll be here for very long though; maybe 3 or 4. The STD was approved but I'm still sending papers back and forth to HR and my supervisor in between trying to do some work and keeping my hand from going numb during the typing. The fun just never ends, does it?
