No popcorn for me tonight since I have weigh in tomorrow. I'll be having it Monday night though!

vickie, i've been eating too much popcorn lately. i need to cut down, too.

i thought i'd post today's menu. i'm still doing wp but am finding myself using more core foods.

here goes:
b--2 of those 1 pt brownies. they are mostly all bran so they are core-friendly.
l--baked chicken breast, black-eyed peas, core mashed potatoes, beets, raw onion, 1 pt of ff gravy
s--i'm going to make sf/ff banana pudding
d--bbq sandwich/pickles/onions 4 pts

Hmm ... so far I don't think I've done well.

Breakfast: half of a sprite, one biscuit with some grape jelly
Lunch: a whole bunch of nacho Doritos while setting out lunch for the family, baby carrots and cherry tomatoes
Dinner: not sure yet

You're right, but so far I've been too busy to do anything else. I did make some tuna salad for my lunch tomorrow, and my foods are packed up to take to work.
