Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, splenda, banana
Lunch: Oatmeal/cottage cheese pancake with splenda and SF maple syrup
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Sirloin, baked potato with FF sour cream, steamed veggies with smart balance, salad with FF honey dijon
Snack: Not sure
