Default Sunny Sunday Menu, September 4, 2005



B: small piece of sourdough bread (1 pt)
L: roasted chicken, new potatoes, salad, squash and onion, bread (2 pts smart balance, 2 pts bread)
S: vanilla sf/ff pudding
D: Don't know yet! We might go out.
S: popcorn

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim and splenda; cantaloupe

Lunch: Grapes, Subway tuna on whole wheat (points), 3 WW mint peppermint patties (points)

Snack: Frosty DIDN'T HAVE THE FROSTY

Dinner: DIDN'T FEEL LIKE COOKING. HAD CHIPOTLE INSTEAD. Spring Mix salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, and FF honey dijon; Cornmeal chicken, oven fries, and corn on the cob

Snack: Popcorn

I'm REALLY hungry today!

I'm making chicken fajitas for dinner tonight -- I can eat the chicken, peppers, and onions with my FF sour cream. I also drank two bottles of water in the hopes of flushing the Whataburger out of my system (as if it were that easy!) ... tomorrow's a new day.
